Location - Hybrid - Office across different locations (South East England, Midlands, Manchester, York & Glasgow

Start Date - 1st of April

Salary - FTE contract £35k per year

Contract Length - 6 Months initially



Description:

I'm looking for 7x FTE Service Desk Engineer's to work for a well known UK brand. The positions requires someone with previous Service Desk background and good Windows 11 experience.

You will need to have 1-2 years minimum Service Desk experience and be accessible to travel to one of a number of different locations options across the UK.



Key Requirements:

• Windows 11 (Must have)
• Proven experience in a technology service desk or support role, providing second-line technical assistance to end-users. Coding and scripting would be a bonus!
• Strong understanding of service management principles and ITIL framework.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Accessible to South East England, Manchester, York or Scotland
• Experience taking high volume phone calls
• Excellent Communication skills
