IT Systems Trainer - £36,600 - Home based with UK wide Travel.

We're looking for an IT Trainer to help enable patient care by training our employees on our various IT & clinical systems at our sites throughout the UK.

You'll be responsible for delivering classroom based training of typically 12 -15 members on a range of systems. You'll also be required to deliver this training remotely on occasion.

No previous IT or healthcare experience is necessary as long as you you have experience training and developing groups of people with different skill levels

What you'll be doing;

• Delivering training on IT all applications used across the group.
• Providing feedback on training interventions.
• Creating and documenting course material.

What you'll have;

• Experience of delivering training material to a classroom.
• An understanding of a variety of delivery methods in IT training and development.
• Experience in the use of creating instructional videos.
• TAP or TPMA certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Role Overview:

In this role you'll be uplifting and developing ETL processes to ingest source data from different systems into a unified warehouse. This will be on-prem work for security reasons so it will include a lot of T-SQL and SSIS work. Additional responsibilities will include performance optimisation, ensuring scalability and testing and validation of processes.

My client has no plans to move to a cloud platform.
