    My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth for the cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart City technologies.     Key Responsibilities



    • Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B and government clients, public sector...etc in the AI, IoT, and Smart City sectors.

    Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).


    • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, IoT, Smart City, or Cloud technologies.


    • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.


    • Strong understanding of public sector or municipal digital transformation initiatives.


    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders
    • Less exprience can consider as a Pre-sale engineer

    Preferred Skills



    • Familiarity with digital twin, smart infrastructure, or urban data platforms.
