    Job Title: Senior Network Engineer/ Network Engineer
    Location: Singapore
    Department: Data Centre

    Job Overview:
    A global tech company is looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer with extensive experience in Data Centre environments, implementation, and L3 support. This role involves working on complex network solutions, managing large-scale implementations, and providing advanced technical support.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and manage network solutions for Data Centre environments.
    • Provide L3 support for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute network upgrades and enhancements.
    • Thoubleshoot and resolve high-impact network issues, including routing, switching, and security problems.
    • Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
    • Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and reliability.
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continually improve network solutions and practices.



    Required Qualifications:
    • CCIE certification (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in Data Centre network design, implementation, and support.
    • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and other network hardware and software.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
    • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.



    Education:
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Role: Enterprise Architect (IT Infra)

    Employment Type: Permanent

    Location: Singapore, East



    Position Overview:

    The Enterprise Architect will oversee the development, upkeep, and administration of IT architecture frameworks and their associated components. This role involves interpreting and applying architectural information to enhance various business processes, focusing on the design, advancement, enhancement, and upkeep of IT support systems.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Spearhead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA).
    • Investigate and assess available IT solutions to meet specific technical and business needs, including exploring innovative options.
    • Engage in and lead discussions related to architecture design with clients and partners.
    • Offer expert advice on EA strategies, processes, and methodologies.
    • Propose and contribute to the analysis and development of long-term strategic and operational plans to align EA objectives with the enterprise's overarching goals.
    • Share industry best practices, integrate lessons learned, and continuously update architectural requirements based on technological advancements and vendor offerings.
    • Lead and oversee Architecture Working Groups to support EA development and maintenance.
    • Establish and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and policies, ensuring their regular review and update.
    • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) team and business engagement managers to gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions.




    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in IT or Computer Science.
    • At least 15 years of experience in various IT domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, digital platforms, security, cloud services).
    • A minimum of 7 years in a team leadership role.
    • Strong skills in stakeholder management.
    • ITIL certification required.
    • Agile Project Management training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
