What You'll Do:- Develop backend services in Golang to support a platform that automates the monitoring of workforce cybersecurity awareness.
- Design and build APIs and microservices that provide insights into user behaviour and engagement with cybersecurity protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools for reporting and responding to phishing attempts and other cyber threats.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability using cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, GCP).
- Ensure high-quality software through Agile development practices, rigorous testing, and adherence to best coding standards.
What You Bring:- 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Golang or similar language (Python etc.)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and the importance of monitoring employee behaviour to mitigate risks.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance systems that support real-time data analysis.
