IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 & 2 support to end users
• Perform update, maintenance and migration for in-house system
• Coordinate with vendor on IT projects with related with medical technology system
• Provide remote/on-site support when necessary

Job Requirements

• Experienced in technical support or relevant
• Good working attitude, responsible, hardworking
• Immediately available is highly preferred
