Senior Java Developer

Job Description:



My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join their growing team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into development processes.

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience in Java development.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
