AWS Cloud Architect

Job Description:



My client are looking for an experienced and visionary AWS Cloud Architect to join our team. The AWS Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with various teams to create scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures that meet the needs of our clients and advance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AWS cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Ensure cloud solutions are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Stay abreast of the latest AWS features, services, and industry trends, and incorporate them into architectural solutions.
• Mentor and guide other team members on cloud architecture and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying scalable, high-availability cloud solutions.
• Strong expertise in a wide range of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and more.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
