IT Operator (Inhouse, Shift)

Our client has branched out its services to all ways of Smart City technology, jointly participating in building a smart and innovative future for the city.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 24 hours monitoring Applications Status and Network to make sure the connectivity is at proper operations
• Troubleshoot, install, and fix computer system hardware and software of all types
• May require to travel to on site to perform inspection, installations and updates on hardware and software problems
• Shift duty is required

Requirement:

• Hands on experience in technical support on printer/hardware
• Familiar with Linux interface and basic command
• Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools, K8S, Nagio
• Hands-on experience SQL or CRM is an advantage
• Ability to handle urgent alarm case
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
