(Senior) Analyst Programmer(IOS) Finance company - Perm role

We are seeking an experienced Analyst Programmer/Senior Analyst Programmer (iOS) to join our client (A Finance company with Business Across Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining iOS applications for finance business operations. As a key member of the technology team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mobile applications and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications in accordance with business requirements and objectives.
• Software development and application support on securities trading systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather software requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance applications.
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of the developed applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues and bugs identified during testing or production phases.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to iOS development.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as an iOS Developer, with 3 years of hands-on experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks and libraries, including UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Swift and Objective-C.
• Willing to pick up backend development is a plus
• Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Knowledge of mobile security, encryption, and data protection techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• CI/CD and version control experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred but not required.
