
Job Description
You'll join a dynamic team focused on the stabilization and continuous improvement of logistics solutions, particularly in SAP EWM environments. Your day-to-day will involve managing support tickets, analyzing incidents, customizing interfaces, and collaborating across teams to optimize performance and system reliability.
This is not a purely functional or purely technical role - it's for someone who can wear multiple hats and provide real operational value.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for SAP logistics solutions, focusing on stabilization, incident resolution, and analysis.
Handle customization tasks, interface adjustments, and integration improvements.
Support users with scanning processes (e.g., Scan Done, Scan Clean) and labeling configurations.- ABAP Development
Collaborate with both EWM and logistics teams to ensure consistent solution delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics-focused SAP roles (minimum 3 years if experience includes WM).
Technical debugging knowledge in SAP environments.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English.
