  • Lead incident response processes and forensics investigations, ensuring minimal disruption and rapid recovery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set security priorities, establish budgets, and communicate potential impacts of security risks.
  • Oversee and fine-tune security operations, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint security, and encryption protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and lead audits as required.
  • Engage in threat intelligence and monitor industry trends to proactively manage emerging cybersecurity risks.
  • Mentor junior security team members and conduct company-wide security awareness programs.
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards on security posture, incident response, and risk management for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including senior roles focused on IT security strategy and incident management.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices.
  • Expertise in advanced security tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate security into all areas of the business.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a strategic approach to security.

What's Offered:
  • Competitive executive-level salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • A leadership role with the opportunity to shape cybersecurity strategy in a growing organization.
  • A collaborative work environment that values innovation, development, and security excellence.
