Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage VMware and Windows service line infrastructures, ensuring highly available and scalable environments.
• Plan, install, configure, and operate virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, vCenter, and Dell EMC VxRail.
• Support and improve operational and security measures across IT systems, focusing on system hardening and optimization.
• Maintain and restore virtual machine backups and snapshots using VEEAM Availability Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, provide expert guidance, and implement best practices in IT infrastructure management.
• Ensure secure and efficient authentication and authorization processes in Windows systems.
• Apply ITIL methodologies and Agile approaches to streamline operations and foster continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise-class data center environments, with a strong focus on VMware and Windows infrastructures.
• Proficiency in IT security practices, backed by certifications (e.g., ITIL, VMware, or VEEAM).
• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (vSAN, VxRail) and backup solutions.
• Advanced skills in system hardening, troubleshooting, and IT operations management.
• Experience in managing large, complex IT environments in collaboration with multiple service providers.
• Advanced English proficiency
