Job DescriptionBusiness Development is a key role responsible for driving the growth of our market area within Maintenance and Field Service. You will be part of a new team focused on generating new sales opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities- Take charge of the initial outreach process, focusing on generating leads, crafting messages, selecting communication channels, and determining optimal follow-up strategies.
- Work closely with team members to perform in-depth market research, examining different market segments or areas of focus.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition, process, and key differentiators to potential clients before arranging an introductory meeting with the sales team.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers involved in the customer selection process.
Record all interactions and planned follow-ups accurately in the CRM system - Actively seek feedback on initial meetings conducted by the sales team and refine outreach strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular, insightful reports to senior leadership, highlighting top-of-the-funnel activities and providing accurate sales forecasts.
