Senior IT Officer (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support various system/network equipment.
• Cooperate with other teams/departments and/or other teams from group companies to provide necessary IT infrastructure to accomplish project objectives.
• Manage and operate multi-layer aspects of company IT infrastructure including public cloud services, on-premise servers, networking, monitorings and data backup
• Liaise with vendors and third parties for project execution in accordance to business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure / IT operations in Windows Server system and network support
• Solid experience in both infrastructure hardware such as server hardware, backup hardware, network hardware
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platform such as VMware, Hyper-V is preferable
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) is an advantage
• Able to communicate in both English and Cantonese
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Candidate with MNC background is preferred.
