IT Operations Manager (Global MNC)

Job Description

Our client, a global MNC company is seeking for a Cloud, Network, and IT Operations Manager who will managing IT infrastructure transition and leading team across region.



Job Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to ensure continuous operations and enhancements of cloud services, service management, network performance, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity。
• Oversee IT infrastructure migration to a new provider with minimal downtime.
• Develop and execute a migration plan covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Manage deployment and performance of cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Office 365).
• Optimize cost, resource allocation, and security in Azure.
• Maintain global network infrastructure for high availability, security, and efficiency. Monitor and enforce network security measures.
• Develop and enforce global IT standards for helpdesk operations and endpoint security.
• Partner with Cybersecurity & IT Governance to maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. Conduct security assessments and promptly address vulnerabilities.
• Organize global events (up to 1,000 attendees) such as quarterly townhalls.
• Act as an escalation point for cloud, network, and IT issues. Use metrics and KPIs to assess IT service performance and drive improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT operations, focusing on cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and networks.
• Hands-on experience with global network management and helpdesk operations, infrastructure migrations from provider to another, Cloud, O365, networks, and firewalls.
• Proficient in documentation (network diagrams, architecture diagrams, test scripts).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL practices.
• Understanding of endpoint management and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience broadcasting global townhall events (Teams/Zoom) with multi-location video and audio setup.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for multi-location teams.
