We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge offshore simulation software in Ålesund. What You'll Do:

• Lead a development team building high-performance simulation software.
• Architect and develop robust C# applications for offshore simulations.
• Collaborate with industry experts to create realistic and reliable digital models.
• Ensure software quality through best coding practices, testing, and performance optimisation.

What You Bring:

• Fluent in Norwegian & English
• 5+ years of C# development experience (WPF, .NET Core, or similar)
• Leadership experience in software projects
• Familiarity with offshore/maritime technology (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving & Agile development mindset
