2 days per week in Manchester

• Ideally experience in comparable role within a Telecommunications organisation
• Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the team
• Maintenance -managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers
• Provisioning - meeting SLA on new provisions
• Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services
• Capacity management - managing utilisation of asset
• Worked in a 24/7 environment
• Change management experience.
