What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize Java applications tailored to real-world business challenges.
• Work with modern tech stacks, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Ensure code quality through Agile development, testing, and CI/CD practices.

What You Bring:

• Fluent in Norwegian & English
• 3+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
• Strong backend skills (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs)
• Cloud & DevOps knowledge (AWS, Azure, Docker - preferred)
• Passion for Agile & continuous learning
