Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in strengthening the organization's data capabilities and enhancing decision-making processes through effective utilization of data.



Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy: Develop and implement a data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Promote cross-departmental cooperation to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Data Governance: Establish frameworks for data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• System Oversight: Manage data system performance and security.
• Architecture: Design data architecture and optimize processes for data management and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team to foster collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in IT, data management, or business intelligence.
• Previous leadership experience overseeing data infrastructure or enterprise systems.
• Strong background in data analysis and master data management.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience managing data platforms and cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Proven success in implementing data governance and analytics initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
