Nous recherchons un Practice Leader Data pour piloter les équipes et les solutions autour des environnements Microsoft Azure/Databricks et Google Cloud (GCP). Ce poste clé vous permettra de jouer un rôle stratégique dans le développement des offres Data et Cloud d'une entreprise qui jouant les premiers rôles sur le marché.

Vos missions :

Avant-vente :
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour concevoir des solutions data sur mesure adaptées aux besoins des clients.


Leadership et stratégie :
  • Encadrer, former et accompagner les équipes internes (100aine collaborateurs spécialisés sur Microsoft et GCP).
  • Soutenir la montée en compétences des jeunes talents tout en pilotant des projets techniques complexes.
  • Définir la vision et les priorités stratégiques des practices Microsoft et GCP.
  • Participer à l'intégration stratégique de fonctionnalités IA dans les projets Data

Profil recherché :
  • Expérience significative dans un rôle de Practice Leader, Data Architect ou similaire.
  • Expertise technique et stratégique sur Azure, Databricks et/ou Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Forte capacité à accompagner des équipes, définir des visions stratégiques et piloter des projets complexes.
  • Sens du service client et appétence pour le travail collaboratif avec des équipes commerciales.

Our client with multi regions office and constantly expanding their business & partnership in the IT industry. Currently our client is looking for a Pre-sale Director to join the Company with leading a Pre-sale team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading the sales support and pre-sales support functions for the team.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
  • Perform market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities
  • Lead a team of Pre-sale consultants


Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 year's of solid experience in Infrastructure technical including VMWare/DevOps or pre-sales

My client are a growing technology consultancy based in the heart of London who are SME's within the Public Sector arena in areas such as Cyber Security, Data & AI.

Over the last couple of years they've experienced some fantastic growth and are looking to take that next step further into 2025 and beyond by hiring a Sales Director to help spearhead the net new revenue of the business.

As a high performing Sales Director, you will contribute to the ongoing growth of the business by developing new sales strategies, winning net new business and nurturing existing accounts already in play.

It is vitally important that you have a number of years in Central Government sales within a consulting or Managed/Professional Services environnment.

It would also be nice to have some of the following also:
  • Track record on winning multi-million pound and multi-year deals with Central Government
  • Understanding of Public Sector legislations and policies, in particular Central Government
  • Knowledge of understanding of the UK Public Sector procurement frameworks and processes
  • Proven experience selling consultancy services to enterprise public sector organisations


This role will not suit somebody who is a Sales or Account Director who is a manager of people and not winning net new business!
