We are seeking for experience IT Support to join our client. You will be provide IT support for retail stores, manage systems, troubleshoot issues, for both in-house & store support.



Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-house IT support from Tier 1 to Tier 2 (remote and on-site) for retail stores and back office.
  • Install and configure PC/Mac hardware and software.
  • Set up, support, and troubleshoot POS and payment systems.
  • Configure and manage mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve system and network issues.
  • Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
  • Manage hardware and software licenses.
  • Follow and update IT procedures.
  • Support projects and other assigned tasks.




Job Requirements:
  • Experienced in technical support or similar duties
  • POS system experience will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in handle issue related with Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, virtualization, and cloud computing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking (AP, routing, switching, firewalls, IP addressing).
  • Attend to emergency support when needed.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Job Description

We are seeking for experience IT Engineer to join our client. You will play an important role in deliver Tier 2 support toward end user.



Job Responsibilities
  • Provide T2 of support to client and end user via calls, email, live chat and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, related with Microsoft product, networking, hardware, software, and IT setup (Wins 10, MS Office, Outlook, printers, etc).
  • Assist in IT projects, maintenance, and global team coordination.
  • Manage IT assets, software licensing, and documentation.
  • Provide user training and support to improve productivity.
  • Provide remote/onsite IT support if necessary




Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above with major in Computing / Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Solid experienced in technical support, helpdesk or relevant working experience.
  • Familiar in support Microsoft Product including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Team, One Drive, Windows Server 2019/2016, O365, Exchange Server.
  • Hand on experience in network such as firewall, switches and routing.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure such as network, server, and system.
  • Experience in cloud & virtualization such as VMWare, Azure, AWS will be added advantage.
  • Possesses ITIL or MCSE or cloud related certifications will be an advantage.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
