What You'll Do:
  • Source and Attract Candidates: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates in the tech sector.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.
  • Utilize Your Language Skills: Leverage your Nordic language skills to communicate effectively with Nordic-speaking candidates and clients.


Who You Are:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English (spoken and written).
  • Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • People-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Previous Experience (Preferred): Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!

Job Description

Business Development is a key role responsible for driving the growth of our market area within Maintenance and Field Service. You will be part of a new team focused on generating new sales opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the initial outreach process, focusing on generating leads, crafting messages, selecting communication channels, and determining optimal follow-up strategies.

Job Summary

Our client seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Solution Architect to join under Pre-Sales team. You will work closely with the sales team throughout the entire selling cycle. To be successful in this role, we're looking for a strong background in cloud, presales or solution architect. Our client is looking for a Junior and a Senior headcount to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive business and engage in the whole selling cycle
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understand the needs and goals of clients to recommend appropriate solutions or services
  • Prepare sales proposal / technical proposal / tender response and present the proposed solutions to corporate customers
  • Develop migration approach to move applications from On-Premises to AWS, Azure, GCP or develop new cloud-native application solutions
  • Work in tandem with the internal cloud engineering team to deliver customized solutions or services for customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth implementation


We are looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, AliCloud) and infrastructure technologies
  • Hands-on experience on Cloud transformation with public cloud or private cloud
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively convey strategic concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
