Our client is looking to hire a Global IT Infrastructure Manager to assist the CTO to manage the IT infrastructure projects & operation in their organization. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!

Responsibilities
  • Take a hands-on approach in managing the IT infrastructure transition from one outsourcing provider to
    another.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, helpdesk
    solutions, endpoint management, network operations, and cybersecurity.
  • Responsible for establishing global standards while collaborating and leading a small team.
  • Responsible for the planning, management, delivery, and continuous improvement of the IT services
    delivery.
  • Ensuring effective incident management and disaster recovery plans are in place, maintained and regularly tested with each of the appropriate business units.
  • Effective planning and management of the IT operations team associated service providers and financial budgets and processes such as ensuring Service Level Agreement targets are in place, in line with company's business needs.
  • Cloud architecture is constantly reviewed to ensure it meets business needs regards to recovery time
    (RTO) and recovery point (RPO) objectives. Ensuring service providers are running a Network
    Operations Centre (NOC), Security Operations Centre (SOC) and application monitoring centre that
    continuously proactively monitors company's key services.
  • Contribute to the overall planning and delivery of the IT department goals and objectives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all members across internal and external parties by building trust
    and leading by example. In addition, by being part of the IT leadership team, the person should be
    proactive to identify latest technology trends, promote best work practices, drive business solutions, and
    process system improvements.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing IT operations, with a strong focus on cloud services (Microsoft
    Azure) and network.
  • Have the technical skills to move infrastructure from one provider to another, understand Cloud,
    365, network, firewalls etc.
  • Hands-on experience with network management and helpdesk operations in a global context.
  • Strong documentation skills - Network diagrams, architecture diagrams, test scripts.
  • Strong Project Management skills - Self manages priorities, tasks and knows where projects are
    at without constant reminders.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks; experience with ITIL practices.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint management solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Technical and event experience to broadcast global townhall events including Teams/Zoom

About the Role:
  • Take lead of several Maintenance Team Leader and SOC teammates to provide 7x24 seamless services
